West London | Children's Cookery Classes and Cookery Parties

We organise cooking parties for children that can either be held in Fabienne’s kitchen or in your own home or alternative venue. We work closely with parents and children to create the perfect menu for their party. Parties start from £20 per child. Children eat what they have made and take home leftovers in a decorated box.

Classes and Clubs
Our after school classes are enjoyed by hundreds of children every week as they develop skills and confidence with food, creating nutritious and exciting dishes from scratch. Our specially created programme has been developed with a variety of school facilities in mind, so whether your school has a fully-fitted food technology suite, or just a room with access to washing up facilities, we have a solution that will fit. And with over 100 different recipes completed (and counting) there is a fantastic variety and something new to look forward to each week.

Parties
Our recipe for a successful party is to take all the stress out of the organising - you provide the children, and we’ll provide everything else. At the party, children make their own party lunch or tea. The menu of recipes include a choice of savoury and sweet treats and they will make enough so they can take something home in their party bag too.

Tuition
We provide one-to-one or small group tuition that is designed to provide a solid foundation for later life by developing key skills in the kitchen.

Holiday Workshops
We run half day themed cookery workshops during the holidays in Henley on Thames, Tylers Green and Milton Keynes - please get in touch for more information.

• Fantastic Children's Cookery Parties – Fun-filled partied for kids of all ages. We recommend baking parties for little ones, and we get older kids inspired with cookery parties where they choose the menu and prepare their own party meal.
• Cookery After School Clubs –based in Blackheath, SE London.
• Holiday Cookery Courses – for 4-11 year olds. Based in Blackheath, SE London.
• Healthy Eating Workshops for Schools – working with schools to get the healthy eating message across in fun ways. Our experienced teachers come to you and work with staff, kids and parents through innovative workshops.

The gift packs are available to suit a range of ages.

• Cook Together gift packs for parents and young children to cook together.
• Be Independent gift packs for 8–16 year olds who are ready to work on their own.
• Student Cook CD course and booklet, to prepare for flying the nest. Helping students eat healthily, economically and impress their friends.

Further subscriptions to the Cook Together and Be Independent Subscription Courses provide monthly recipe packs of healthy balanced meals for the family, continuing to build on skills and confidence already acquired.

Cookwise offers holiday Workshops in Wells, Somerset, for children aged 8-15, who cook their own lunch and a 2 course meal to take home. They are a great way to get your child to interact with food and have fun with others.

We also offer Parties at North Wootton Farm, near Wells, Somerset or DIY birthday party packs if you live too far away. Our cooking parties are great fun for any age and are tailored to suit your child and their guests.

Cookery School for children - workshops and cookery clubs run in Bucks, Herts, Berks and Oxon during term-time and school holidays.

Cookery School for adults - everything from baking and pastry making to Thai, Indian and Italian cookery and one-to-one cookery sessions designed specifically for your requirements.

Cooking Parties for ages 5-18 years - we'll come and run your child's cooking party, bring all the utensils, ingredients, party bags, help the children cook their own lunch or tea and clear up afterwards while you sit back and enjoy the party.

DIY Cooking Kits - wherever you are in the world your child can have a cooking party even if we can't get there. We'll write the party for you, talk you through it and provide you with aprons, chef's hats, recipes, party bags, sprinkles and cake cases, almost as good as us being there.

Splat Store - we also have a large on line cookery store selling products to make cooking fun such as aprons and oven gloves, utensils, cookie cutters, cake stands, cake cases, cooking kits, cookery courses, sprinkles and glitters.

In Berkshire, East Cambridgeshire, Hampshire, Harrogate, Kent, North London, Surrey and West Sussex, we offer;

We teach all children to cook. We have loads of experience and don't worry if your child has food allergies as we have special recipes, cooking kits and cakes for children with food allergies.

As well as being great fun, our cookery classes are also a wonderful way to encourage children’s creativity whilst they learn how to eat in a healthy and varied way. Our experienced ‘Italian Mamas’ will teach their young students how to make classic dishes such as fresh pasta, ragu, potato gnocchi and other delicious Italian dishes using fresh seasonal ingredients.
