Walk through time at one of London's most friendly and enjoyable museums.

Opened in 1914 the Geffrye Museum is set in elegant Grade 1 listed, 18th Century almshouses with delightful gardens. It is the only museum in the United Kingdom to show a specialist collection of English furniture and decorative arts in a chronological series of period rooms, from the 17th century with oak furniture and panelling, past the refined splendour of the Georgian period and the high style of the Victorians, to 20th-century modernity, seen in a 1930's flat, a mid century room in 'contemporary' style plus a late 20th Century living space in a converted warehouse.

The museum and gardens are brought to life through an imaginative programme of seminars, workshops, drama and music, which range throughout the year. Special exhibitions are mounted throughout the year, exploring a wide variety of themes relating to the period room displays.

Brainwave is an independent Charity based in Bridgwater, providing developmental therapy for children who have both physical and cognitive disabilities, whether caused by brain injury,genetic abnormality, or accident.

We run a totally bespoke art & circus holiday camp in East London, London for children aged 5 - 11. We have two sites, one is Dalston and one in Tower Hamlets. Hope is a unique non-denominational charity for children. The Hope Centre for Cognitive Education is dedicated to the promotion and enhancement of learning potential using the methodology of Professor Feuerstein. The Centre helps students with a variety of learning and developmental difficulties ranging from bright under-achievers to those with complex needs including autistic spectrum disorders, ADHD, Downs Syndrome.

The methods include Feuerstein’s Instrumental Enrichment programme (IE) a structured thinking skills programme taught individually or in groups and is designed to complement and underpin a regular school curriculum and Mediated Learning Experience (MLE) which develops the learner’s cognitive functions.
