It is the best start in life to give every baby a post-natal check, since it may be able to help avoid some health issues in later life. Older children also benefit, especially at particularly challenging times and problems such as headaches, constipation and nightmares can be addressed. CST often has the effect of enabling a child (or adult) to find his centre again, when things have gone off course.
