Craniosacral Therapy for Children and Adults - Judith Timmins RCST

It is the best start in life to give every baby a post-natal check, since it may be able to help avoid some health issues in later life. Older children also benefit, especially at particularly challenging times and problems such as headaches, constipation and nightmares can be addressed. CST often has the effect of enabling a child (or adult) to find his centre again, when things have gone off course. I also use Flower Essences which are a wonderful gentle support with fears, confidence issues, jealousy and other emotional difficulties.

I have been qualified for over 12 years and regularly treat children of all ages. CST is, of course, equally effective for adults, assisting with a wide range of physical, emotional and stress-related problems. I have experience in the areas of fertility, pregnancy, preparation for childbirth and recovery afterwards. I practise from Ipswich, Woodbridge and Great Waldingfield.
