“The Creation Station has really helped to develop Owens skills. He is a lot more confident in what he creates and it’s given us more ideas of things to use, thank you very much, Owen and I love coming" Owens Daddy!
Using art, craft music & movement…and a little bit of magic, the children (and parents/carers!) are inspired to create their own journey of discovery. The mark making, funky objects and learning that develops is shared and enjoyed with the other children and adults. See some of our activities on our site.
‘It’s full of inventive ideas that children love to do, and I would never think of doing!’ Kylas Mummy

If your child is between the ages of 8 and 12 they can take part in the PADI Seal Team. This is an exciting programme that introduces kids to scuba diving in a safe and fun way. It consists of 5 “Aqua missions”, where through a series of fun games and activities, they learn the basics of scuba diving, whilst playing in the pool. Kids over the age of 10 are able to enrol in the full Junior Open Water course, which is exactly the same course as an adult would do, except that they are limited to dives of 11m.
In either case we provide full scuba equipment, tanks, breathing equipment, and buoyancy jackets, free of charge. (We do not provide mask fins or snorkels). As well as the above courses we also arrange Bubblemaker and scuba parties.
We are not resourced to provide advice or support directly to families with disabled children or children with SEN. We signpost families on to relevant organisations. Visit our website for information on national policy that impacts upon disabled children and children with special educational needs (SEN) and their families as well as details of organisations that provide advice and support.

MOVE combines therapy and education in a programme which helps children work towards goals that they really want to achieve, which can range from learning to hold their head up by themselves to learning the skills needed to play football with their friends using a pacer. MOVE is unique in that no child is too disabled to use it and works with the child’s parents, teachers and therapists to teach them skills which are then practised in everyday life, enabling parents to be involved in key decision making and instrumental in their child’s development.
Visit our website or call us on 020 7407 5344 to find out more information, speak to a specialist or a parent of a child already on the programme or to visit a school using MOVE.
