Our highly qualified, dedicated instructors work with parents and babies in a relaxed and fun environment encouraging a love of water and establishing life long swimming skills.

Our programme comprises eight levels starting with learning to swim short distances underwater and eventually progressing to learning to swim on top of the water. Lessons are 30 minutes long and the venues we use are all baby friendly.

Classes are offered in London, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire with more venues being added soon.

Our training programme will develop your baby’s confidence and natural ability to swim underwater. We base our methods on word association, encouragement and fun. Amazing results and life saving skills are often achieved in a few lessons. Babies will learn a variety of `in-water’ safety skills that may one day help to save your baby’s life. Aquatots uses in-pool teachers, warm pools and has small class sizes with between 5-8 babies per class.

We aim to provide the highest standards of service, all teachers are CRB checked and first aid trained to ensure parents and baby have a fun and memorable time. We offer Aquatots membership, underwater photography, merchandise, and teacher training courses.

Through carefully structured training, babies can be taught life saving skills such as turning onto their backs or, following a sudden submersion, swimming to the nearest solid object. They grow familiar with what it feels like to fall into water, so that should they ever accidentally fall in they are far less likely to panic and drown. And our results speak for themselves. In the last three years alone, at least ten of our tiny clients have saved their own lives as a result of the skills they learnt at Water Babies – and five of them were just two years old at the time.
