Calling all little swimmers! Your kids can make a Splash with us this summer, learning to swim and having fun on our fast-track learn to swim programme for beginner swimmers aged 3-8 years that follows the National Plan for Teaching Swimming. At Splash learn to swim, we find that the best way for children to learn to swim is through enjoyment and that's why Splash learn to swim uses fun swimming sessions and water activities to teach children basic swimming skills such as water confidence, coordination and basic stroke technique.

Splash learn to swim is a carefully designed fast-track children’s swimming course for beginner swimmers that are happy in the water without one to one assistance, with or without floatation devices. Splash learn to swim has two different levels; one for beginner swimmers and one for more intermediate swimmers.

We have an exemplary health and safety record, we’re Ofsted and CSSIW registered and we accept all childcare vouchers. Splash runs from 8.30am-9am (beginners) and from 9am-9.30am (intermediates) over the course of a full week.

Our fully qualified instructors are world class and could have trained as private pilots – three times over – in the time it takes them to qualify with us. With a multi-award winning programme which teaches vital water confidence and safety skills from birth, our overall aim is to teach you to teach your baby to swim. So we’ll always explain why we’re doing everything, as well as carefully demonstrate exactly what to do.

Through carefully structured training, babies can be taught life saving skills such as turning onto their backs or, following a sudden submersion, swimming to the nearest solid object. They grow familiar with what it feels like to fall into water, so that should they ever accidentally fall in they are far less likely to panic and drown. And our results speak for themselves. In the last three years alone, at least ten of our tiny clients have saved their own lives as a result of the skills they learnt at Water Babies – and five of them were just two years old at the time. SwimStars offers swimming classes throughout Wiltshire for boys and girls aged from 3 years. Our group lessons have no more than 4 children ensuring that each child gets lots of individual attention and can progress at their own pace.

Aquatots baby swimming is the largest swimming organisation in the UK designed specifically for babies and toddlers. We can teach babies from 10 weeks old but with a maximum age of 12 months to start on our programme. We are then able to offer progressive levels across our pools sites up to the age of 6 years old. Established in September 2006 Queenswood Swim School has developed a good reputation within the local community for safety, good organisation and expert teaching. It resides at Queenswood School and is conveniently located in Brookmans Park, 3 miles from Potters Bar train station and within a small driving distance from the A1,M1& M25 .Parking is easy as the swimming pool is readily accessible from the schools main car park.

It has exclusive use of a fabulous 25m x 4 lane heated swimming pool. The pool has a shallow end which has a depth of 1m , where most 4yr olds can stand, and a deep end of 1.85m, which allows us to teach diving as one of our disciplines. High standards of hygiene and cleanliness are paramount to us, so rest assured this is taken very seriously. All swimmers must wear swimming hats and shower prior to entering the water.

Queenswood Swim School offers lessons to suit all abilities, for children from around 4 to teenage. Baby Swimmers runs classes for babies and toddlers up to 4 years old in York, Pocklington, Harrogate, Leeds and Bradford and follows Starfish, the official water safety programme for babies through the STA. There are 6 awards throughout the series with the aim of concentrating on 1 Starfish award per 10 week block, it should therefore take just over a year to achieve all six and then your babies can move on to a more advanced award programme.

Puddle Ducks is a fun and friendly swimming programme offering unique baby swimming, toddler swimming and child swimming classes across the UK. Classes are packed full of fun with lots of music and rhyme.

Babies and children can join our swimming classes at any age from birth; developing from water babies to confident swimmers without even realising they are learning to swim. By engaging each child’s abilities and natural affinity with water, Puddle Ducks offer simple steps to a lifetime love of swimming. Children learn lifesaving, swimming and underwater skills and are often able to swim 10 metres or more before they start school.

Puddle Ducks is a national children’s franchise network. It was hatched in 2001 and teaches thousands of babies to swim, be safe and have fun every week. All teachers are fully qualified and CRB checked.
