Thomas Wolsey's Outreach Project was started in the summer of 2000 to support the successful inclusion of children with difficulties into mainstream schools. All the staff at Thomas Wolsey School make an ongoing commitment to working with children with complex physical and educational needs and are skilled in providing a rich educational setting in which everyone can learn together.

It is our aim:

• To teach the skills and knowledge to develop the understanding each pupil/student needs to play a full part in their local community and the wider world.
• To develop confident, happy pupils and students who can make their own decisions, contribute to their own development and make choices about their own lifestyles.
• To teach each pupil/student to respect life and recognise the needs of other people as well as their own.
• To provide a broad and balanced curriculum designed to seek the highest possible achievements for all pupils/students.

Examination entry, online and face-to-face one-to-one tuition, revision classes, prep days and mock examinations are all available.

We provide examination entry, examination preparation and tuition in all subjects and at all levels including GCSE, IGCSE (the international GCSE), A/S, A-level, University Entrance, Adult Literacy & Numeracy (ALAN) and Functional Skills.

Candidates requiring just examinations simply enter for the qualifications of their choice and attend and sit their examinations on the relevant dates. Written, oral, practical and on-screen examinations and tests are available. We are registered with all major UK examination boards (centre 50538). Examinations and tuition are available to students of all ages.

Literally thousands of home-educated, mature and other students have achieved recognised qualifications with us. We can assist with travel to and accommodation in Bristol if required.

We also support candidates with special educational needs. Additional examination time, access to a scribe, reader, prompter, a computer or a private examination room are often available.
