Children are welcome to dine in our Gainsborough restaurant and are offered a 3 course evening meal for only £6.50. Microwaves and fridges are available in your room upon request.

On Check-in all children, 11 years or under, are given a free Richie Rhino Pack consisting of a water bottle, ball, lolly etc. Children are able to get free refills on all soft drinks throughout their stay.

Reception has a wide range of videos to keep the children entertained and during the summer months. We have an Indoor and outdoor heated pool (outdoor pool opens seasonally). Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult competent swimmer.

Many rooms are designed as family rooms with baby listening intercoms connected to reception. There are ample high chairs and cots. Children’s Supper is available each evening or parents may choose to bring their children into dinner.

Facilities at the hotel include outdoor and indoor swimming and paddling pool, a toddler room to keep the younger ones happy and two games rooms with snooker and table tennis for older children. During the school holidays we have regular visits from specialised children’s entertainers. There is a direct footpath to sandy beaches and the internationally famous Dawlish Warren Bird Sanctuary.
