Though based in the North West, we provide party entertainers throughout the North West. Children and teenagers are getting more sophisticated, and we have some great activities that will make your child’s party be a day to remember!

For young children, we can do things like crafts, Japanese origami, African drumming and face painting. For teenagers’, we have lots of party ideas. These include makeup and beauty for girls, street dance, break dancing and Rapping and DJ skills.

We also do Caribbean banquets and have special graffiti art activities including ones where we graffiti mural a bedroom or play room.

Starlight Dance Academy is a well established Dance School offering classes in Ballet, Tap and Modern in the Baldock and Hemel Hempstead areas.

Children accepted from the age of 3 for ballet and from the age of 5 for Tap and Modern. We nurture all the children towards examination grades.

In term-time students aged 7 to 16 come for 3 hours and are coached separately in acting, singing and dancing. Younger students spend 90 fun pack minutes with us in classes that blend all three disciplines. All our holiday courses have an exciting blend of drama, singing and dance to stimulate all areas of creativity, with the added buzz of a performance at the end.

All three venues have classes on Saturday, and in St Albans we also have classes on Friday evening. Our holiday courses this year are on 31 March - 4 April, 28 July - 1 August, 4 – 8 August at all venues, and an extra week in St Albans 11 – 15 August.

Displays are given at various events and every other year the club presents a large show at the Alban Arena, St Albans in aid of charity.

Children are taught in groups of similar age and experience. Exams are held yearly. If they choose, children can enter Highland dancing competitions in which members achieve excellent results.

Prices are reasonable and classes are held in the centre of Harpenden.
