At Parkfield Dance Centre we offer Ballroom, Latin, Disco, Cheerleading, Line Dancing and Salsa classes for children starting from the age of 2 years in purpose-built dance studios.

With a team of 7 enthusiastic teachers, all our classes are lively and fun ranging from beginners to advanced level. Exams taken in IDTA. All students take part in our annual in-house show.

We are a well established Performing Arts School and College with a team of highly qualified and dedicated staff.

We have a Funky Fit pre-school class for 2 year olds. From the age of 3, children progress into all areas of performing arts. We offer tuition in modern, ballet, tap, contemporary, jazz, singing, drama and more. Classes in Dance go up to and include GCSE and A’Level standard.

We also offer full and part time singing and drama courses for 16+ as well as adult classes in dance and fitness. Classes held in a purpose built studio.

All ballet classes are taught by Tamara, the principal, who is passionate about instilling a love for movement and expression in her students. The use of arms and upper body is definitely a part of training which shows the Russian method at its best. Tamara’s professionalism and creativity is clearly seen in her choreography and in her students’ good working attitude. Her husband, John, is also on hand to teach master-classes to the senior groups and boys classes when the need arises. He has taught at the four major Vocational Dance Schools in London and comes with a wealth of experience.

Girls and boys are accepted from the age of 3. All grades, including Pointe work. ISTD Modern and Tap. Ballet and Adult Tap.

Students participate in Dance Festivals, Fund Raising Concerts, Russian Ballet examinations and our annual School Concert. Pupils can also audition for Vocational Dance Schools, Youth Ballet Companies, Pantomimes and attend Royal Ballet School Outreach programmes.

Summer Dance Week in July is always a very popular and successful event!

Ron and Julie, the principals, encourage students to take part in festivals, shows and competitions all over the country, which adds to their performing experience. Many students have had film and modelling contracts and have performed at the London Palladium.

The schools operate for three hours (90 mins for 4-6 years) each week during term-time, either after school or at weekends. Split into three groups of similar ages, youngsters gain confidence, self-esteem and are able to express themselves creatively and effectively. We welcome new children with no previous experience as well as improvers.

At the LSC we teach Capoeira as a game of skill, creativity, fun and discipline.

All London School of Capoeira masters and instructors are qualified Capoeira teachers and have updated CRBs

The masters of the London School of Capoeira encourage the children during the Capoeira lessons to develop their physical abilities through the training of Capoeira which includes Capoeira warm ups, stretching, basic Capoeira acrobatics, turning kicks, evasive movements, mock up sequences and games.

We teach Capoeira as a game of skill, creativity, fun and discipline. We also cover Capoeira as part of the Brazilian culture, teaching Capoeira songs as well as learning to play percussive instruments.

Displays are given at various events and every other year the club presents a large show at the Alban Arena, St Albans in aid of charity.

Children are taught in groups of similar age and experience. Exams are held yearly. If they choose, children can enter Highland dancing competitions in which members achieve excellent results.

Classes take place at the Windmill Community Centre and Winyates Green Meeting Rooms, Redditch.

Experienced and enthusiastic teachers in a welcoming environment. We hold lessons in Malvern on a Wednesday and Saturday, In Ross-on-Wye on a Tuesday and Thursday and Hereford on a Monday and Friday. Garrowhill School of Dance has been established for over 30 years offering Ballet, Tap, Modern, Highland, Majorettes, Acrobatic and Cheerleading classes for children from the age of 3 years.

Classes take place Mon-Fri afternoons/evenings and all day Saturday.

Using various dancing games and exercises, bells, hoops and dance ribbons to their own funky pop songs your little one not only improves their rhythm and co-ordination but also social and gross motor skills. Introducing different dance styles every half term from salsa and hip hop to country and disco, Diddi Dance will keep your little one interested week after week.

Whatever their natural ability, pupils will find that all our classes help them improve their posture, co-ordination and stamina. For little ones in particular, they are also a vital stepping stone in developing musical awareness, story-telling skills, and an enthusiasm for the art of dance they will carry with them through life. Professionally run with the personal touch, Fancy Footwork is for little ones, who long to learn to dance at a welcoming venue close to home.

There are children's classes in ballet, tap, modern/disco - also special adult classes in tap dance. Classes are held at Hillside Community Centre, Stowmarket on Mondays and Wednesdays and Ringshall Primary School on Tuesday evenings.

Each child is valued individually and encouraged to achieve to their highest potential. We give frequent performances at charity events and large shows are held regularly. Regular examination sessions are held with an excellent record of results.
