Tiny Talk is the leading baby signing classes in the UK and Ireland. We work primarily with infants to develop early communication through BSL (British Sign Language). It has been proven that whilst infants have a desire to communicate their needs and wishes, they lack the ability to do so clearly because the production of speech lags behind cognitive ability in the first years of life. Baby sign language is successful as hand eye coordination develops before verbal skills.
TinyTalk sessions last one hour. The first half hour uses well known nursery rhymes to introduce the signs to the infants. The second half is a sociable time for the infants and the adults. The children have time to play and the adults enjoy a cuppa and a few chocolate biscuits!
