King's Camps
Fun-filled & action-packed school holidays
You can choose a week-long package with standard (9.30am-4pm) or extended hours (8.15am-5.45pm) or you can choose flexible days throughout the year and if you’re new to King’s Camps you can get 10% off your first booking. The 5-day course includes the discovery of Devon’s Jurassic coast world heritage site through a variety of unique experiences including a boat trip, fossil hunting on the beach and rock pooling. Children will meet and feed Escot’s otters, play water games, go pond and stream dipping. They will experience the wonders of wildlife by helping to feed Escot’s wild boar, watch and even handle birds of prey, and learn exciting bush craft skills including fire lighting, shelter building and the highlight - a magical wade into the very depths of a murky swamp. Team challenges, art projects, music and games will make up the remainder of the Camp Wild experiences along with estate night hikes, skits and roaring campfires. Activity Camps
At various times throughout the year Dunolly run action packed activity camps for children to come away by themselves. The camps during the summer are designed for 8 – 12 year olds whilst at Easter they welcome slightly older children aged 12 – 14 years. Summercamps start on a Sunday evening and keep your child entertained right through until the following Friday morning. Eastercamp starts on the Tuesday morning after Easter Monday and finishes on the following Friday afternoon.
The children will participate in a selection of activities everyday, including the evenings, ranging from thrilling white water rafting and gorge ascents to nature walks, archery, and climbing.

I have been running fun filled confidence building camps for children aged between 5 to 12 years for over 8 yrs, I have seen many children go from strength to strength along the way. Not all children are born performers, some lack the confidence to’ have a go’ what I set out to do is encourage them to have fun and gain that confidence at the same time.
Held in Wimbledon SW19. With a teacher /child ratio of 1 to 8 the children are well cared for. All teachers are police checked. Each day the children bring a packed lunch.

Beginners start in small groups of 6 in the full size indoor school. They progress at their own pace with thorough but enjoyable instruction. Lessons are graded. During school holidays OCRS organises fun days and day courses. In the summer holidays we hold weekly courses which are very popular.
OCRS are a Pony Club Centre Member. Children riding with us can join the Pony Club and work through the badge and test system.

Jo Farringdon has been organising children’s activity holidays for 9-15 year olds for over 20 years with his team of qualified and dedicated instructors. Our huge variety of outdoor pursuits are aimed at bringing out qualities such as teamwork, confidence, leadership, trust and stamina:

The summer camps and multi-activity programmes include taster sessions in Windsurfing, Dinghy Sailing and Kayaking from our experienced and qualified instructors. And with a full programme of social activities and team games, we'll ensure the week results in non-stop action.
